MO:MO

Momo is a type of dumpling originating from China and influences from Tibet, but also popular in other parts of South Asia. These dumplings are typically made with a thin dough wrapper filled with a savory mixture. The filling can vary and may include minced meat (such as chicken, lamb, buffalo or pork), vegetables, tofu, or paneer (Indian cottage cheese), seasoned with various herbs and spices like ginger, garlic, onions, and cilantro.

Momo is often served steamed, although it can also be fried or boiled. It is commonly enjoyed as a snack, appetizer, or main course in Nepali, Tibetan, and Indian cuisine. Momo is typically served with spicy tomato-based chutney.
